This item was advertised was “pre-hung”, “one piece”, “no assembly required”…however this was delivered in a crate completely separated into 4 pieces. The instructions provided for assembly were MINIMAL, so I called the supplier and spoke to them directly. They sent me a link to a YouTube video (again VERY minimal instructions) and emailed me an 18 page instruction manual which stated things like “remove the glass in the sidelights before installation…”. I called several windowdoor installers and they all refused to assembleinstall this unit. One door expert (with 30 years of experience) told me he had never seen anything like this product before and he wasn’t confident in the finished product. Luckily, Wafair was AMAZING in the refund process. They picked it up ( all the pieces) for a full refund. I was sad because this was a beautiful door…but it was not a product that could be used.. Excellent Quality at an Exceptional Price I was extremely pleased with this purchase. I was looking for a solid wood replacement entry door for our retail store that could withstand the heavy use of a primary entrance, as well as the harsh salt-air environment of Port Isabel, Texas. After searching several big-box and DIY home improvement stores, I couldn't find anything that offered the quality, style, and durability I was looking for. I found this six-pane glass door on Wayfair, and it was exactly what I needed. The solid wood construction is impressive, and the price was less than half of what I was finding at local brick-and-mortar stores. While delivery took a little longer than expected, the delivery experience itself was excellent. The delivery company contacted me the day before to confirm the details and called again when they were on their way. As a first-time Wayfair customer, I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would absolutely check Wayfair first the next time I need something for either my home or business.. Mike Misialek. Port Isabel, Texas. Mon Sep 07 2026
