Quick to assemble and set up, my cats are already loving it. Taller than expected so the top bed gives a direct window view in my office. The fur is soft but the beds are directly on hard wood, they give you a little bedding that you can put so it helps (and like i said my cats love it) but i think it could have been a bit softer..
