Really well-wrapped in plastic wrap, Styrofoam and a full cardboard cover. Took me an hour to unwrap! It appears to be up on a Styrofoam pallet. Not sure how I will be able to remove that. Love my new refrigerator but it would be nice to have documents that explain how to use the features this unit has like lock mode and how to replace the air and water filters. Customer service sent me a parts list that helped us figure out what an odd shaped part is, turns out it’s an ice scoop for the ice bin! So far so good…37 degrees and functioning beautifully.
