NanoNond presents an entirely new category of clean cooking, stick-resistant cookware. Instead of formulating a new coating, we made the cookware itself better, stronger, safer, and easier to clean. When you are cooking with NanoBond, you are cooking with pure flavor. No residue, no flaking, and no compromises. For groundbreaking innovations in cookware, equip the kitchen with a Hestan NanoBond Molecular Titanium Stainless Steel Skillet. These high-performance skillets are designed to heat quickly and thoroughly for better browning and searing. Hestan's innovative cookware technology, Molecular Titanium, bonds thousands of titanium nano-layers to the 18/10 stainless steel construction, creating a brilliantly resilient cooking surface 4X harder than typical stainless steel, making it resistant to scratching, staining, and salt pitting. These 100% non-reactive frying pans are fitted with ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip when cooking and serving culinary creations. These kitchen workhorses also provide 20% more surface area than traditional frying pans in their size class. High heat and oven-safe to a scorching 1050°F, these Italian handcrafted skillets offer lifetime durability for culinary perfection.

Like cast iron, but better. the best-selling Carbon Steel Frying Pan, seasoned with a mixture of shea nut oil and coconut oil, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings (the hardest ones) so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. the Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative. We stamp Carbon Steel into a thin disc that’s half the weight of cast iron but every bit as durable—so it seasons faster, responds quicker, and is rugged enough for the grill or open flame. With sloping walls and a wide surface, this pan provides maximum heat contact for high-heat searing. See how this chef-loved pan will replace cast iron as the favorite kitchen heirloom.

I like the pan. It is a challenge to season it. The handle is very long.. Karen. Sun Jul 05 2026

Bake, roast, and fry to perfection with Viking nonstick baking sheet. These heavy gauge baking sheets are made of commercial-grade aluminized steel to heat quickly and evenly while the double-layer nonstick coating ensures easy release and quick cleanup. This unique construction provides the strength and durability of baking with steel with the added conductivity of aluminum for exceptional heat distribution. Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The steel frame gives each baking sheet stability, making it easy to take in and out of the oven while preventing warping. The aluminized steel construction distributes the heat evenly throughout the entire pan for more even cooking. The high walls of the baking sheet wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices and liquids in place when roasting. The nonstick coating is applied to both the interior and exterior of each sheet for easier cleanup as it prevents food from sticking to your pan. The Viking cookie and baking sheets are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing whenever possible to extend the life and performance of the nonstick coating. You can also extend the life of the nonstick coating and prevent chips or scratches by using wood, nylon, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads may scratch the surface but will not affect baking performance. The baking sheets are oven safe to 475°F (246°C) and are perfect for baking cookies and pastries, pizzas, roasting proteins, veggies, frying eggs or fries, and so much more. Whether you are baking cookies or roasting a chicken, these baking sheets will give you the same tools in your home that professional chefs use every day.

Let’s be honest, the most undesirable part of the cooking process is the cleanup. With the Black Cube Hybrid Quick Release Frying Pan, this annoyance is a thing of the past, thanks to an award-winning cooking surface aptly named Quick Release: It features a stainless steel pattern of small pixels that are raised above a recessed layer of high-quality PFOA-free nonstick coating, thereby combining the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick in one revolutionary cooking surface. Black Cube Hybrid Quick Release Frying Pan sears, braises, and browns meat exceptionally well, like a stainless steel pan, and it perfectly sautés, fries, or stir-fries seafood and vegetables. Or make a delicious stew knowing that the heat will be consistent. Designed to offer the best in durability and performance, feel free to use metal utensils! Yes, we mean it. The pan feels good in the hand and it is large enough to hold a lot but not too big to be unwieldy. It features an ergonomic stay-cool handle and a helper handle. After you cook your delicious meal, clean-up is quick and mess-free – just the way you know it from a nonstick pan. Or simply place it in your dishwasher! This innovative pan is safe to use on any stovetop (including induction) and can even be placed in the oven at up to 500° F. Black Cube Hybrid Quick Release Frying Pan is a 3-ply construction of stainless/aluminum/stainless. There is so much versatility with this pan that the possibilities are endless. Don't forget to get the matching-sized lid, which gives even more cooking options. Make cooking delicious meals easier than ever with this exciting cookware innovation!

Weeknight dinners have never been easier with KitchenAid® nitro-carbon steel, the ultimate kitchen workhorse. This do-it-all cookware offers the exceptional searing and timeless performance of cast iron, but with lightweight, anti-rust convenience, making it the perfect go-to pan to elevate weeknight meals. Made with innovative nitro heat technology to seal the surface of the pan and lock out moisture, this durable skillet is rust-resistant and 22 percent harder than traditional carbon steel as well as completely metal-utensil safe. Similar to cast iron, carbon steel can also be seasoned to develop a nonstick-like cooking surface over time. Heat safe to 750 degrees F and induction suitable, this pan offers culinary perfection from stove to oven to grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great and very similar to a cast iron pan. What I love is that it’s made out of Nitro Carbon Steel so this pan does not rust. Cast iron rusts and it freaks me out that you still cook with a pan that rusted. So this is my new favorite. I live in a small space so not a lot of extra storage, so having things that serve multiple purposes are what work best for me . This pan not only cooks on a stove top, but also can be put in the oven and on the grill. You also can season your pan just like you would with a traditional cast iron pan. Since receiving this pan I’ve already gotten rid of a bunch of other type pans and oven stuff, which has freed up space and no longer need. A definite must in your kitchen.. Anonymous. The FINEX Cast Iron Skillet with lid was inspired by a time when a polished cast iron skillet was at the heart of every American kitchen but designed to meet the expectations of today's cooks. Like the best antique skillets, it has a polished ultra-smooth cooking surface for minimal sticking and easy cleaning. Unlike your grandparent's skillet, the distinctive geometric shape is pour-friendly and the stainless-steel spring handle cools down quickly.
