I had a large open kitchen plan in the center. There was room to put that marble topped table where it was used for everything. It became chopping table. We stored wine under it cookbooks under it. Very happy with my Pilarcitos Kitchen Island! It was pretty easy to put together, only needed my hubby to hold the frame while I added the two end pieces then at the end when we needed to flip it right side up.
