Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. I was assured by Wayfair it has no impact on the sturdiness of the platform bed. I purchased a 12” deep mattress which is the perfect depth for this bed. My 18 yr old grandson loves his bedroom designed just for him. Would choose this bed again to purchase. Very happy with it.. Lynn. Erlanger, KY. Sun Oct 04 2026

Love this bed-frame, and the dark walnut colour is perfect! I do wish it was made of real wood (the legs are and they’re such great quality) but it’s sturdy and affordable! So I’m really happy overall, the mattress we used was about 8-9 inches high and is the sweet spot for low profile look. Makes the head board look bigger and adds to the aesthetic!. Ryan. Bed was well packaged, pieces and hardware were clearly marked. The (metric) wrench which was critical to assembly was badly bent and poorly made, even after straightening it assembly took close to 3 hours. Heads came off 4 of the screws used to hold the slats to the bed frame. Overall pleased with how it turned outLooks nice and feels very sturdy.. Melissa. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 01 2026

The Marenzo is built on a single decision: that genuine craftsmanship deserves genuine materials, chosen for their character rather than their cost. Its defining gesture is a headboard woven entirely by hand, each column of natural paper cord gathered and knotted with unhurried precision. Beneath it, every slat is seated to eliminate creak and movement, so the bed holds its stillness as reliably as its form. It is offered in two woods, each with its own voice. The Light Oak is dressed in veneer drawn from American oak imported from the United States, finished with solid oak legs turned to a refined taper. The Dark Walnut is dressed in genuine American Black Walnut veneer imported from North America, with solid Black Walnut legs turned to match, so that from veneer to leg the material speaks in one uninterrupted voice. Because both woods are real, no two frames ever share the same markings. Whichever you choose, the Marenzo arrives as something quietly, irreducibly its own.

This is a nice sturdy bed. Keep in mind that the walnut is more of a cherrywood, and the cording on the headboard is much darker than it looks on the website.. Chinel. Houston, TX. Tue Sep 29 2026
