Q: Can this door be trimmed to fit my existing opening?
A: Yes. The solid core construction allows up to 0.5 inches of trimming per edge (top, bottom, left, right) to fit unique rough openings seamlessly. Please note that hollow core doors are not recommended for trimming, as cutting may compromise their structural integrity.

These look great, but my Contractor said they were a pain to install. I bought two sets for two different rooms. One set was perfectly fine. The second set of doors arrived boat. The level confirmed that the door frame was plumb, but these doors were not cut straight at the factory. One can’t tell when they’re open, but when the doors are closed, you see it in the gap in the middle. Other than that, they look good and have elevated the space.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 09 2026
