Seems like the manufactures spend more time showing what is in the package than writing good instructions on how to do the job. I take full responsibility, but wish for better instructions. This is a nice looking chair, fairly good quality. The only issue is that it took 3 replacement to receive a good, not damage chair. Packing is very poor, and chair was getting damaged in transit. Wayfair was great about handling all issues and getting replacements fast.3rd chair, despite of the box being crushed, ripped and dented, came in fine.
