This cart is very well built. The material is super heavy, super thick, and definitely made for the outside elements. It is very heavy… each piece has a good weight to it, I do wish there were four wheels instead of two. Two helps but four would’ve been even better. My husband put it together in approximately two hours. He said the directions are not great, mostly pictures as others have stated. That being said, this thing is wonderful. Stainless steel top, easy to keep clean and, it is made of resin material so it’s not going to rot. Everything is made with very high-end material. Even the screws! Decent construction for the price point (I didn't want resin). Arrived extremely well packaged, all parts and hardware labeled. Took about 30-45 for my husband to put together. The screws were in such a tight closed space I could not get them started for the life of me, so good luck to any of you with big hands. It probably deserved 5 stars but I docked 1 star for the door attachment assembly. Whoever designed that hopefully is looking for a new job. The screws were in such a tight closed space I could not get them started for the life of me, so good luck to any of you with big hands. Other than that I’m looking forward to using it to store all my grill accessories and such. Oh, I do like the steel top as well. That’s a nice looking feature. UPDATE: Love the cart for the most part.. I can't for the life of me figure out exactly why they would put the hanger knobs in the front though.. the grill accessories hang down in front of the doors, preventing simple access. Once finally complete, it will work very nice for our needs. However, 2 very important issues in the self assembly. Instructions are a little confusing, but we have seen worse. More importantly, the thin film that comes on the pieces is Extremely difficult to remove, and Very time consuming. One part of the instructions states not to nick or scratch the rust protection covering the metal. If this thin plastic is the rust protection referenced, then the top is useless as any hot items put on it would melt this plastic film, and ruin you pan.
