I wasn’t quite sure how I would like this stool but I really loved the modern design. Once it arrived and I put it in the shower and took it for a spin ..I absolutely loved it! This is really a nice little bench. It’s actually a nice looking bench with a storage shelf under the seat. There could be many uses indoors or out for this bench. I've been waiting until I remodeled my shower to purchase a freestanding shower bench. My shower isn't huge so I needed something small enough to scale but tall enough for this lady with bad knees to sit comfortably, if needed. I assumed I would get a traditional teak bench, but when I saw this engineered stone, I quickly changed my mind. It's really a piece of art - and heavy duty enough not to inadvertently move when you sit on it. It's heavy, but not bulky and fits perfectly in my shower. Unobtrusive, yet pretty - or handsome as the case may be. Also versatile - could be used for extra seating (holds 300+ lbs) or a cocktail table or plant stand. This way you can add some weight to the occasion for extra stability and sturdiness.

I like the minimalistic and modern style. I take one star for the logo prominently engraved on the top of it. It would be much better on the side where company Fatboy can still promote their brand without taking away from the nice clean esthetic of this stool. The first unit I received was used and stained! I declined to keep it for 20% price reduction and got replacement 3 days later. Appreciate the service. In my opinion the stool is overpriced given it is mad of plastic but I suppose you pay for the style since I have not found anything that fit my needs that close (modern style, color, size, weight).
