Sliding ladder makes upper storage accessible, which can be widely used in library, kitchen, pantry, office, workshop, display room. Exquisite craftsmanship with sturdy wood and light weight aluminum material and superb quality anti-slip and anti-corrosion unique brake mechaism transformed the room into a warm living and working space. This eye-catching foldable telescopic and removable hook system can make the ladder vertically stored when not in use and and can be removed from this rail to that one. What a beautiful renovation! Why not add a Latest Fashional Red Oak Removable Hook Sliding Wood Rolling Ladder System into your brilliant life?

This is a gorgeous ladder, and well-made. It has hooks at the top and slides smoothly along the rail. It can be extended for use, then stored upright. The natural color is pretty but could be stained if you wanted to. It’s sturdy, even with just one brake locked. The ladder was easy to put together—I recommend loosely fastening all the pieces into place first, then strategically tighten all screws to secure. The rail was also easy to install. The part that attaches to the wall can slide to where you need it, then tightened. We removed one bracket, used a laser level to mark the holes and pre-drill them on the bookshelf, then loosened all the brackets so we could slide them into place to secure. The hardware itself is solid, but the provided screws were cheap. We replaced them with some better screws and had no problems after that. The directions are lacking, but not hard to figure out. The height of the rail is a bit flexible because of the hook mechanism, so that was convenient. (You do need to have a drill bit for getting through the wood itself to install the hooks.). Betsy. Two install in 30 mins for brick, concrete & stud drywall. Drill matched holes to fasten Swedish ladder steel bars. Q: What exercises can be done on this Swedish ladder wall gym? A: This all-in-one station supports calisthenics, gymnastics, ballet barre, suspension training, pull-ups, dips, leg raises, core training, stretching, climbing & physical therapy for all family members.

Looks great, but the dowel design is a safety concern. The ladder looks very nice and is mostly functional. I had to add a 2x4 backer so I could mount it properly to the studs, which worked fine with appropriate lag bolts. My big issue is the screws that hold the dowels in place. Theyre too short to get a good bite, and some dont catch at all (you can see this in the photo). As a result, the dowels now spin freely in their holes. It looks nice, but I have serious concerns about using it to its full potential. Spinning rungs are a safety hazard and make it impossible to get a secure grip. Longer screws, or a different retention method, would fix this. As it stands, I cant recommend it for anything beyond light use. The pull up bar does have long screws though that you can get a good bite into to at least I can use that, but I am constantly having to tighten it. There are ones I see available that have more of an oval dowel which seems far superior to this in hindsight.. Courtney. Fort Mcmurray, AB. Wed Oct 14 2026

Good price and easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the side walls don't align perfectly straight on the one I got where it connects in the center (it sort of warps out and back in creating this wavy edge).
