My only complaint isn’t about the product but Wayfair shipped it using FedEx and FedEx was a complete DISASTER!!! The chaise came in 3 boxes. We received the first 2 boxes pretty fast. The 3 box sat in a fed ex location for 7 additional days!!! I had to put in support tickets and make multiple calls to fed ex about it. Wayfair had to get involved too.
