Apart from the fact that Wayfair sent me the WRONG ITEM, a bench instead of two chairs, the quality seems pretty solid. The chairs are low, but you can tell that from the advertisement photos, so that wasn't a surprise. However, the biggest issue is the cushions. They are simply POOR quality flat, thin, cheap-looking, and, worst of all, they do NOT attach to the chairs in any way! There are no ties, straps, or anything to keep them in place. So you either have to purchase separate cushions or deal with this terrible inconvenience. The cushions are extremely thin and look cheap, which really takes away from the overall appearance of the furniture. Anonymous. Tue Oct 20 2026

I liked these chairs a lot at first but they barely lasted 2 seasons despite being covered. The faux wicker on the arms has cracked and disintegrated on 3 of the 4 chairs I purchased. So frustrating.. Lorna. Aptos, CA. Sat Apr 18 2026
