The upper 0.47-inch sintered stone and the lower 0.70-inch solid wood multi-layer support plate provide double protection, making it sturdy and reliable. The black walnut legs are solid. The rounded corners ensure safety.

This table is a beautiful table and very sturdy. However, I give it 2 stars because, although advertised as a sintered stone top the texture is not a smooth texture one migh expect.
