This couch is so cute and fits perfect in my little apartment!! If anyone is wondering, this couch came in 6 boxes total, each box was 40-50 lbs with the heaviest weighing over 65lbs. The only complaint I have is with the directions. They listed a part that was apparently needed, but through reading the instructions on how to put the couch together, it turns out that it wasn’t needed at all and was just a ghost part lol. Abbi. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. I wish the back cushions came with velcro on the back of them like the seat cushions do to help them stay in place better. All in all a very nice sectional. Andrea. Harrisburg, PA. Thu Jul 23 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026
