Stainless Steel canisters are dishwasher safe, hand wash and dry immediately recommended to keep shine. The lid with seal is not dishwasher safe as the silicone gasket may deform with heat.

These are great! Beautifully made, thick and tops secure well. They are stackable in your kitchen cabinet. They are small though. Even the largest fits a little over a pound of meat, per se.
