It fits great in our townhome balcony! Not too big but enough for 2 or 4 adults depending on what mode it is on. Putting it together was not too hard, the only thing that threw me off for a bit was that the arm rests seemed like they were on the way when changing mode. the wood finish is gorgeous, almost feels too nice to be out in the weather. The instructions were a bit hard to follow and we had to remove the legs and redo twice.
