The veneer on the desktop came with dark, greasy fingerprints and chips missing around the edges.
The instructions that were included did not match in any way, shape or form, the product in the box. The part list did not have all of the parts. The assembly pictographs were unclear, and most of them did not match the parts that I eventually used. Many of the metal fasteners stripped while I tightened them, despite using a hand screw driver and many years experience in carpentery. The copious amount of extra hardware included indicates they have a generic package of hardware that they ship, but many of the components still do not match what is in the instructions.
