This is a great futon style mattress. The frame is not included and I did not buy a frame for it but it comes with the slots so a frame can easily slide through the cover. I bought it soecifi to slide u set the bed and pull out for when my daughter had sleep overs so her friends can sleep on it and it works perfect for that. I recently had to use it to when we had family stay in town. I like that it fits my fitted sheets and it’s pretty comfortable to sleep. My daughter likes that she can use it as a couch in her room. These are perfect for teens! I wouldn't say they are perfect for adults, as they aren't luxury seating, but for teens to hang out, they are great! I ordered these chairs for my airbnb and have had them just about a year now. They are super comfy and good quality and have held up well (so far) to usage. There was a minor manufacturing defect on the stitching of one of the chairs, but wayfair gave me a discount on the product since it didn't warrant returning (still functional). Overall, I'd buy these again. I also have been able to get occasional stains/spots out of the fabric - I have the grey padded one so maybe it's less noticeable with those.
