We needed a new chair for our office and this was a great find. Overall, the chair is a beautiful color, sturdy, and functional. However, a major flaw was in the assembly. When it was time to connect the arms to the back of the chair, it was impossible to screw in all of the screws. Each arm has 2 holes that connect to the back of the chair for support. In one of my pictures, I highlighted the obstructions in the holes. I’m guessing whoever designed this thought this was a good way to keep the screws in place when all it did was prevent the top screws from going in altogether. Luckily, the bottom screws were tight enough and when you add the base, it secured the chair. So mine is put together with only half the screws needed for the arms.. Alexandria. Auburn, AL. The chairs are very nice and seem to be good quality. The seat cushion is very firm but will hopefully break in over time. The assembly is ridiculous. Based on someone elses review about the difficult assembly we decided to pay for the assembly as part of the purchase. Based on 4 chairs, the price was 191 for an hour and 45 minutes. The guy actually needed an extra 2 hours to complete the assembly of all 4 chairs, so we had to pay an extra 200. Wayfair needs to adjust assembly time in the purchase process.
