This sleeping mat is actually pretty comfortable. The foam is dense enough to add a good amount of support without being too hard. It has a nice anti-slip bottom so it stays in place. It is a little bulky when folded up but I still plan on using it for camping. We have a few foam camping beds that I paid a significant amount of money for and I have a feeling that this will be the bed everyone fights over when we camp. Got the 4 inch folding foam mattress with grey velvet cover. I got the smaller size 30 inches by 75 inches. I was looking for something that I could unfold for the kids to play, have sleepovers, for comfortable seating on the floor for games, etc. But also I could fold up am put away. And for that purpose it does the trick. My biggest complaint is the lack of carrying bag for the mattess when not in use. We love our memory foam mattress that we got for our Murphy bed! It can be used on the ground too. Its comfortable for guests.
