I ordered these chairs for my airbnb and have had them just about a year now. They are super comfy and good quality and have held up well (so far) to usage. There was a minor manufacturing defect on the stitching of one of the chairs, but wayfair gave me a discount on the product since it didn't warrant returning (still functional). Overall, I'd buy these again. I also have been able to get occasional stains/spots out of the fabric - I have the grey padded one so maybe it's less noticeable with those. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the quality of the connections seems to be a bit lacking.
