If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. We really love this couch! We added it to the play area in our basement but wish we would’ve used it as our main couch now. The cushions are so soft and fluffy, it’s seriously one of the most comfortable couches I’ve sat on. Usually it takes time to break a couch in but this one was comfortable from the start. The back cushions and seat cushions are all removable and it also comes with the two throw pillows shown. It’s not super heavy so wasn’t difficult to move and seems to be made very well. Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! I purchased the dark gray sofa!!! So far so good, but it’s only been one day. Super comfortable, Will become less noisy with use. I do have to say it’s bigger than the measurements listed but I was able to squeeze it in the space I wanted it to be in. I would say add another 7 inches onto the length!!
