A great modern update for my bedroom that I remodeled to replace the old early 2000s model I had. It’s much more quiet and glides through the air. I keep it set to 6 which is the highest speed. It’s was about 40 minutes to get it assembled and installed. The instruction video made things super easy, but the printed instructions were good too. My only issue is that it does not have memory. So if power gets switched off, it will not save your last setting (including blade direction) and you must use the remote to power it on. I can only give this a 4 right now because we can’t install until renovations are completed. The appearance is a 5 for sure! The actual fan blades are clear so My mother will be happy about that! This is for her Den and she wanted an overhead light and doesn’t like the looks of a traditional ceiling fan. I believe it will be perfect for this room.
