This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. I didn’t realize this has to be assembled, but it was pretty simple. I was able to assemble it by myself, granted it took me about 1 12 hours, but I’m sure others can do it faster. It’s much firmer than I expected BUT it is super soft and very comfortable! One question I had before purchasing was if it’s two separate pieces — it is not. It’s one piece so there isn’t a possibility of them sliding apart. Another question was if there is enough back support. I think so. Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster.
