The bed and the color and frame style are a beautiful look for my children’s bedroom at our lake house. However, upon delivery I received a gray colored frame when I chose a white frame. I tried to reach customer service via messaging on here, email and a call and I couldn’t get anywhere to start a resolution on trying to get the correct color. I went in many sites to go about starting a eyur. But was informed that my item wasn’t available for a return or exchanged I don’t want to have to go through the trouble to paint it white. I didnt assemble the product because we are wanting a white bunk rather than gray. But the box came intact and the material seems beautiful and sturdy. Here is a photo of the bed unassembled in the box. Thank you though!. Julie. North Smithfield, RI. Sun Sep 20 2026
