This desk is really beautiful and incredibly easy to assemble. It does require 2 people though bc the tabletop is solid wood. Very heavy. I also didn’t realize that the one end of the table does not attach the the lower part. It just rests on top it basically uses its own weight and it stays put. The only issue I had is shipping. Wayfair said it would deliver in 2 days. I then get an email saying the dimensions are too big for FedEx so it had to ship freight and it took 2 weeks instead of the 2 days like their website said. We just moved into a brand new house so I'm needing a LOT of furniture some of which comes from Wayfair. Putting together this desk definitely needs two people. It took approximately 6 hours and the instructions were pretty clear, all in English. If you don't mind the drawers feeling like cardboard, it's a great deal. It is sturdy and practical.
