They’re beautiful chairs however the legs are not sturdy and one chair came with obvious chips in 3 of the legs and some fabric rubbing. They also do not sit evenly. One of them has a firmer seat - the one that was packaged better and didn’t have chipped legs. I would’ve preferred they both be like that. White glove service came sooner than was anticipated so my dad was house sitting and I didn’t even get to see these chairs until today - exactly 1 week after delivery. Which is apparently too late for customer service with white glove service. I hope this can be resolved regardless because I really do love one of these chairs.. Elle. Gainesville, VA. The birds pattern chair is very beautiful, packaged well and super easy to assemble. It's a bit on the small side and the arms are awkwardly low but it's a sturdy chair that has a pretty design with classic shape, nice fabric, firm cushions. The legs are a nice touch.
