The rug is good quality and very nice. It settled very well (it was folded, not rolled) and didn't leave ridges. The four stars is just because the picture and reality are different as to colors. I still like it, so am keeping it, but the pictures are very much brighter than what it actually looks like. They were a little brighter than I really wanted, but took a chance. The actuaL colors are a little duller than I wanted, but it's such a nice rug that I've decided it works. Blue is more gray and the pink & red are just dull. But it still works, so I'm okay with it.. I have had really good experiences with the wool Safavieh rugs I've ordered from Wayfair. I chose this one to eventually go in our front foyer so that I wouldn't have to be overly concerned with light-toned areas becoming visibly soiled (when our grand-dogs visit). This rug is gorgeous and has all the colors I love. Once I get my furniture arranged I will roll it all the way out where it should be. I’m wondering how this rug is going to hold up to the vacuum however... because of the high texture levels it’s best you have a high suction type vacuum and probably set on “low pile” so the brushes don’t wear down the looped yarns. I have a cat too, I’m going to have to keep her nails trimmed. She rarely comes out from the bedroom anyways cuz she’s a scaredy-cat and loves her closet condo.
