Even though the video killed the radio star, we love the 80s!  A decade of big hair, synth-pop, cassettes, and fashion still influences the runway today. Cheech!  We also love the tech-inspired, slightly gaudy electronics from this period, so we had sweet dreams of creating our take on an 80s entertainment system.  Introducing the sweet child of ours: the Eclipse. The Eclipse is a complete 3-speed turntable audio system right out of the box. Just plug and play your favorite 33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM vinyl records, cassettes, AM/FM radio stations, and CDs. Because technology has improved a little bit in the past 30 years, you can also play music loaded on an SD card, or thumb drive, and stream your digital music thanks to a built-in Bluetooth receiver. Word!  We even included a remote control for you to use when you're dancing in the dark. Don't have a cow! Of course, you can make mixtapes as well. Needless to say, the Eclipse is butter, baby!

One of my favorite features is that the turntable is hidden beneath the top, and you can completely close the lid while playing an LP. That gives it a much cleaner look than many decorative record players I’ve owned in the past. The built-in CD player is also a nice bonus and works very well. Like many all-in-one decorative record players, the built-in speakers leave something to be desired. The sound is perfectly acceptable for casual listening, but it’s not going to satisfy anyone looking for high-fidelity audio. Fortunately, it has outputs that allow me to connect my own powered speakers, and that makes a huge difference in sound quality. Overall, if you’re looking for a stylish, compact record player with multiple playback options and you’re willing to use external speakers for the best sound, I think this is an excellent value.. This entertainment center is perfect. I was using an oak hutch and it took up alot of space. I have a 75" tv on this entertainment center and its holding up fairly well. The tv feet hang over the edge a bit but not enough to be a problem. The LED lights are pretty and customizable. We even had room to put out pups water bowl in one of the larger bottom cubbys. She approves! The only issue we had was with the screws not lining up correctly with the wood. We were able to still install them but it took a little more work.
