My husband and I spent 45 mins shoving the largest piece into the bottom. We rolled on the floor, literally. Sat on it, laid across it. One stuffed while one zipped. Finally we made it fit, all the while rereading the instructions. We got the sides and back in, only the realize we screwed up!! It took less time to unstuck it and do over correctly. I must say the quality of the seems, zippers and material to withstand what we put it through without ripping is astonishing. Of course my one dog after being afraid of ot thought it was for her. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard.
