The design on this rug is beautiful, and it is very soft and comfortable to walk on, my main issue is that the design is printed instead of woven, so if furniture is moved at all, if people walk on it, or if there is any crease from the packaging, you can see the white fibers underneath that did not receive the printed pattern. Because of this, the color is also not very saturated so the background color tends to look closer to dark green than a true black. Perfect mat for my kitchen. It’s thin but that’s what I wanted. The solid rubber backing keeps the mat firmly in place and anything that drips on it is easily cleaned up, which is great for where I placed it, in front of the sink. The pattern was off and the tabs had a straight edge rather than rounded so they did not go together as nicely as the other packages. I need to order a few more packages and I am hoping the ones that are not a perfect fit can be hidden under a chair or couch.
