This lamp is beautiful, but was EXTREMELY difficult to put together. The holes in the marble base did not line up with the screws. Luckily, I’m married to a handy engineer and he reworked it somehow. But then it wobbled, so he had to add some shims. The shade was a whole other story. I read a review that was very helpful or I may have never figured that out. This Burmeister Opion floor lamp is so nice! It has a classic mixed with modern design and a beautiful neutral creamy beige color. I like that it’s very simple and adds a soft glow to the room.
