I have been looking for just the right pieces to enhance the area over my mantel and these fit the bill. Installation entails using two screws to apply a plate which the lights fit over. These are nice lights that we got to accent pictures in our hallway. There are lights on both sides. These sconces were perfect. I have very tiny nightstands and one of the bedrooms of my Airbnb.
