The mantle is beautiful and the color is true to the pictures. I was trying to match walnut top to my built in next to the fireplace and it matches well. Came well packaged with no damage. It is light enough to easily handle.. Sylvia. NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

Overall, this is a nice shelf. I am using it as a console ledge near the front entry. The tone is a bit warmer than I would like and than what the pictures show. The way the instructions have you hang it leaves screw hole plugs on the top which ruins the look so instead, I hung the ledger board and then attached the shelf with construction adhesive and finish nails.. This piece features a central electric fireplace insert that creates a flickering glow and provides supplemental heat for your space. Two cabinets offer hidden storage for media players, gaming consoles, and other living room essentials. It also includes integrated wire management openings to keep cords organized and out of sight.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Having this console with fireplace really set the mood and the focal point of my living room. Friends are impressed by it. A few things though - definitely need two people to mount because the drilled holes are extremely precise and I would suggest measuring twice!! I did it myself but I used several jacks to level off and center everything. Also the provided anchors don't seem to be sufficient so I would add additional support in the other pre-drilled holes.. Accentuate a fireplace with contemporary and classy Pearl Mantels. The Crestwood fireplace shelf mantel. This mantel shelf is made from MDF which ensures rigidity and long-term durability. As it is available in multiple finishes and sizes, you can easily select the perfect one for your home. This fireplace mantel shelf belongs to The Crestwood collection and features an interesting design. The mantel shelf can be completed with a flower vase or family portrait. The Crestwood fireplace mantel shelf by Pearl Mantels is lead-free and eco-friendly. Wipe it with a clean, dry cloth and mild cleanser, and this mantel shelf will look new for years to come.

I decided on and purchased this mantle for many reasons. 1) It being a Pearl Mantle let me know it would be made with quality. 2) It’s real wood and not some sort of plastic or pressed board. 3) it’s decorative and accentuates my decor perfectly and 4) the cost wasn’t cheap, but wasn’t unreasonably high! It arrived nicely packed, but I took one star away as it did not come with the 2 inch wood screws needed to do its install! It also did not come with instructions for installation. This meant searching online for instructions and having to go get the screws needed for the install. All that being said, I am still pleased with the mantle as it makes a beautiful addition to my fireplace and living room decor.. Liz J.. Spring Valley, CA. Thu Jun 25 2026
