This bold design is functional and visually striking. The shelf is designed to hold 1 audio/video component along with a soundbar on the top shelf. It holds up to 70 lbs. and comes with mounting hardware for standard wood stud wall installation. The wall-mounted console boasts wire management.

Have had this in bedroom across 4 different apartments and love it. First time I purchased it I hired someone to mount it because I didn't want it to fall, but then the next time was able to do it myself with a friend helping. And after that, was able to just mount it myself but it takes a little longer. If you plan to put this somewhere unconventional (i.e. not a living room where wall studs are often found in more areas where you'd possibly put a TV up), I'd just double check to make sure you know where you're putting it and if you'll need to purchase heavy duty anchors separately. Also you won't really be able to put any media or entertainment systems on it like a traditional TV stand as it's not big enough, but you're buying this for the aesthetic not the functionality.. We bought an 85" TV and wanted this 70.8" wide, Light Oak, floating tv console to hide cords and other small electronics inside the cabinet for a clean look. The back has a wooden panel so we used a saw and cut out an opening where our outlets are on the wall. It is very heavy, so make sure you have something to hold it up on while you drill into the studs in the wall. Installation takes a while and I would definitely recommend 2 people. This TV console turned out exactly how I envisioned it! I have a 75-inch TV and purchased two of these consoles to create a longer, custom built-in look. I do recommend purchasing L-brackets for extra support. Before adding them, the center section sagged slightly, but once the brackets were installed, everything was sturdy and perfectly level. We also made several custom modifications to fit our setup. We added Govee lights, drilled holes for cable, and created openings inside each cabinet to route all of the wires through, which gave everything a clean, seamless appearance. Looks cool but arrived in a slightly damaged box, wrapped very amateurly. Color looks blander in person. I have to repaint.
