My shelf came without the garment hanger rod. That is being remedied with a replacement part, but I have to wait a week for it to even ship. Of larger concern is that my shelf does not resemble the shelf in the photo. It is a different color with a huge grain that looks really cheap. I am keeping it because it will serve it's purpose, but I am going to paint the shelf. Update to add that I was sent a replacement promptly and am pleased with the end result. I still docked a star because the shelf is not at all like the one pictured online. I wound up painting it so it works.. Kathy. Paso Robles, CA. Thu Jul 11 2024

This is almost what I expected. I thought there were 2 drawers, but they are little doors, not an issue if the magnets aligned properly. One did, the other didn’t, based on the credited holes, so my top door flops open with any movement of the piece (like when something is hung up or removed from it. It’s nice looking and functional, very light weight too. I will have to find a solution to the door issue.. Dawn. CA. Sun Aug 02 2026

Seems pretty sturdy. Assembly took 2 hours because of the amount of screws. I was able to assemble by myself, but there were a couple of moments where it was a balancing act and I could have used an extra set of hands. It was hard to tell from the photos, but the white one has a faux leather material on the front of the fabric drawers, which is nice. It arrived quickly and wasn't missing any pieces. Very sturdy product! I purchased two 40-inch garment racks to put side by side in an 81-in reach-in closet and it worked perfectly! The instructions were a little hard to follow and the QR code to the video instructions led to a video for a different product. We put the 2nd one together much faster, but the packaging with the screws and such from the 2nd box was already cut open and 1 screw was missing for the handle of the storage cube. Overall I definitely recommend the product!. Stephanie. Delaware, OH. Sun Sep 06 2026
