The shelves look more like realistic wood which is nice for looks and it’s a nicer way of bolting onto the wall compared to the normal ones you see. It also holds more weight than most shelves like this which I love. And it comes with all the pieces to hold it up and instructions (which a lot of things I’ve been getting on here haven’t come with them) so this is an easy shelf to put up and looks very nice.. Love these shelves. Bought a short pair and a longer pair to create an L shape in the corner of my office. All shelves matched perfectly, and the brackets are solid. Come with everything you need to install, including a tiny level. Very helpful. One star off because the screws are silver and stand out against the black brackets.
