I decided on and purchased this mantle for many reasons. 1) It being a Pearl Mantle let me know it would be made with quality. 2) It’s real wood and not some sort of plastic or pressed board. 3) it’s decorative and accentuates my decor perfectly and 4) the cost wasn’t cheap, but wasn’t unreasonably high! It arrived nicely packed, but I took one star away as it did not come with the 2 inch wood screws needed to do its install! It also did not come with instructions for installation. This meant searching online for instructions and having to go get the screws needed for the install. This TV console turned out exactly how I envisioned it! I have a 75-inch TV and purchased two of these consoles to create a longer, custom built-in look. I do recommend purchasing L-brackets for extra support. Before adding them, the center section sagged slightly, but once the brackets were installed, everything was sturdy and perfectly level. We also made several custom modifications to fit our setup. We added Govee lights, drilled holes for cable, and created openings inside each cabinet to route all of the wires through, which gave everything a clean, seamless appearance.
