Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. I’ll start by saying it does look good FROM AFAR. If you’re standing across the room, it gives the look I was going for. But once you get up close TRASH. The quality is extremely cheap. Mine arrived with the material already chipped, and up close you can really see how low-quality everything is. It definitely does not look like the pictures in the listing. And the LED lights! Probably the biggest disappointment. The photos show this beautiful natural-looking light that gives the stand a sleek, expensive look. That is NOT what you get. The lights are cheap AF and basically give you blue, red, and green. No natural-looking light like what’s shown in the pictures, and it doesn’t give off that same nice glow at all. I genuinely don’t understand how this has so many good reviews. Maybe everyone is looking at it from across the room because UP CLOSE Absolutely not. I should’ve known better for the price I paid, but I still expected the product to at least resemble what was advertised. If I could give this -5 stars, I would. I’m very impressed with this floating console. I actually used it as a fireplace mantel, and it worked perfectly for what I had in mind. It feels very sturdy and well built, and the finish looks elegant and much more expensive than I expected. Installation was straightforward, and once mounted, it feels solid and secure.
