Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. I love my fireplace tv stand. A few different colors you can make the fire itself. Only downfall is the remote is a little cheap and it takes it a few times or you have to be very close to turn it on/off. Also instead of hanging on the wall (just thought to much damage would happen) I bought 4 bed risers, 1 for each corner of the fireplace so it wasn't sitting on the ground. Worked perfectly. I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. I had to really zoom in so you can see them. From standing height you cannot see the switch and you cannot see the blacked out controls on the face of the fireplace. I didnt have a fireplace in my home and have always had one. I love how this looks and it puts out enough heat that its actually saved me on my heating bill this winter versus last winter. It did take my son about 2 hours to put together but he actually did it all by himself. I love that it has storage! The only cautionary thing I will say is I guess I didnt read the description very well and I thought the top was some kind of marble but its wood that looks like marble however its tastefully done. I absolutely love this fireplace! After searching and reading hundreds of reviews over the course of two years, I finally decided on this one—and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The unit was easy to assemble, and the customer service has been excellent. I’ve already had to contact them to troubleshoot the heat settings, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, which is especially important when making a large purchase. The only thing I would change is the placement of the power cord; I wish it were located on the bottom of the unit rather than the side. Also, while there appear to be three vents on the unit, the heat only comes from the center vent, but it's robust. I also chose to purchase the extended warranty for added peace of mind.
