The box it came in was just cardboard box which I was surprised since it’s a very nice brand. Silverware though came in little plastic foil wrap so it was kind of protected. It polishes up nicely and is clearly well-made. I feel like it will last for years. My cheaper utensils, specifically spoons have developed nicks and burrs. These are substantially made. I wish the packaging was nicer, because I was going to gift this set. The packaging is NOT gift worthy, to say the least. However, the product itself is 10 stars.
