The rug is a nice color. The white stripe is more off-white in person which I was glad about. I thought I would be able to use my furniture to hold it down without a rug pad, but it is super slippery without. It is thin and lightweight which is nice for transport. I haven't lived with this rug for long, but it appears to be of a good quality. The thing I want to focus on is the color. In the picture, it appears like white and rust, though it claims ivory. Beautiful outdoor rug. Colors are vibrant and look great with my patio furniture and red accents. The jute fabric lies flat without curled edges, so far...no tripping hazards. The rug surface is heavily textured, so it is not soft to walk on and contains hard knots due to the nature of the weave, but it is fine for outdoor use where we will usually be wearing shoes or sandals..
