The US1100E-L stove comes with elegant legs base and can heat up to 1,200 sq. ft. with 68,000 BTUs.? How it works: the primary air inlet at the front of the stove ignites the wood upon start up. Once burning, the secondary air inlet at the rear of the firebox feeds air to the top of the stove through three (3) ignition tubes directly above the wood. I bought this stove 2 years ago and it heats throughout my entire home (1,240 sqft). Ash drawer doesn't catch anything and I also had to modify the bottom choke. Well worth the money. I will start with Wayfarer customer service once I went up the ladder, I was refunded and item picked up. Even bought in October picked up in end of April. I removed from crate and there were no markings on the stove, no testing information no paperwork. Not even a name on wood burner. The pizza oven was maybe large enough to fit a dessert plate and odd angle. Comes out of Colorado, it is against the law to sell a wood burner in USA that has not been tested. For the price of $809 and free shipping this was worth it for me. Having said that, there are issues. The ash drops through a chute BEHIND and underneath the unit. I have not figured out what can be put back there to collect ashes. It will have to be a wide short metal bucket of some type. I think this should have been mentioned and provided or be for optional order. Then there is the ridiculous excuse for an owners/instruction manual. How hard would it have been to expand that just a little...for instance...I do not know what the lever in front underneath the firebox is for...I assume for dropping ash.......then there is the problem of .....is the back position closing up the ash drop, or is the forward position that causes ash to drop? The unit was built in November of 2025 and arrived Dec 15, 2025 but all that notes that on the metal sheet from the back is a dimple in a box, and for the model number. I might have bought a different make of wood stove had I known all the above for $100 more plus the separate purchase of a blower....and all of them seemed to be out of stock. Then there is the metal sheet on the back that has the serial number on it. How hard would it have been to make a copy of that for the owners/instruction manual?. Richard. Marble Falls, TX.
