The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. BUYER BEWARE!!! Although the item itself is good quality it is NOT what I ordered. I ordered a 3 Cubic foot fireproof safe and was sent a 1.24 Cubic foot. When I contacted Mayfair about the discrepancy I was offered only $36 refund or return for the full refund. Maybe Mayfair needs too be educated on false advertisement.
