There was a little chip on the bottom left corner. No biggy, a black marker can fix that. With the cord was longer. But great buy.. Janet. Decatur, IN. Tue Oct 13 2026

Fireplace looks beautiful, love the cracking sound! Thanks Wayfair.. Wayne. Canada. Tue Sep 29 2026

Sooo beautiful! I love how realistic the logs look! I love the amber effect when they're lit. The temp blows out hot, but my one star removal is because there's not a way to easily go up and down in temp on the remote or on the unit, when you push the button it just goes up in degrees to eventually reset back down. You can go down one if you went too high in temp. The entire base of unit gets super hot. But it is self-contained heat, meaning it doesn't make the surround or the thing it's sitting on hot. Only any areas right in front of the heating element get hot, so can't have wood or other combustibles in that area. But if you have wood or other combustible material underneath or to the sides or to the back, it will not get hot. So that's nice. It's compact in width but deep. The feet extend further than the unit itself, so note that if building your fireplace yourself like I'm working on. Otherwise, still love it! (Ps, after you turn it off, it takes a minute or so for the blower to stop. Then it takes a little while got the metal frame to stop being hot. But, love the ambiance!. Megan. US. Fri Oct 16 2026

I have a small fireplace, 23 inches wide. This fits perfectly in my fireplace with my cast iron grate my room is about 500 sq feet, it foes an ok job of warming up the room but definitely not a strong heater. It looks really cute. All in all for 100 dollars its worth it. Gina. Fillmore, NY. Tue Oct 06 2026

I bought this to replace a fire place insert that I had for years. This one is far more realistic and effective. The heating aspect is a nice touch and definitely emits enough heat to warm a room. My dog loves sleeping in front of it. Kristin. US. Sun May 03 2026

This is perfect. I did not want to have real fires in the fireplace because it gets too hot so I can run this. It looks like a real fire without having to turn on the heat. I can turn on if I would like. Take it out of the box plug it in. It’s ready to go.. C.strick. Fl.. Thu Sep 24 2026
