There was a slight problem with some of the materials being damage(the surrounding pieces that goes with the mantel), although the package was delivered by a white glove carrier crew. First, I have an arched fireplace opening, and I was told that these doors would not fit on it. After taking extensive measurements and figuring out all the angles and opening sizes, I was confident this would fit. The package came in great shape, and all the parts, nuts, bolts, and accessories were in the box. The doors fit into the opening, and the arch was covered, which was a great relief. Using the brackets provided, and because of the arch, I decided to drill holes with my rotary hammer and screw the door brackets into the masonry brick. Everything fit perfect and the doors were secured in place. I added the screens, and the job was done. For a square fireplace, I would highly recommend these doors. Thais entertainmentbook shelf unit came in 4 huge heavy boxes. Thank goodness my husband had help from my visiting daughter otherwise we would have never gotten them in the house. Hubby opened the first box, hoping to find directions and hardware. We finally found them in box 3. If you like hardware, you will love putting this unit together. My husband discovers all boxes have pieces that go with each aspect of the unit so we would not have room in our living room for assembly. While moving box one down the stairs leading into the garage, my husband pulled his back out. The box landed safely. My daughter and I managed to get to the kitchen. The only thing I would change is the placement of the power cord; I wish it were located on the bottom of the unit rather than the side. Also, while there appear to be three vents on the unit, the heat only comes from the center vent, but it's robust. I also chose to purchase the extended warranty for added peace of mind.
