My mantel turned out wonderfully after staining. Make sure you follow instructions and use specific type of stain to get great consistent color coverage. We installed better brackets as the weight support limit was not enough for what I wanted to place on top. The additional corbels went nicely and added additional heft to the mantel. Great product.. Beautiful! I put them in a doorway in my apartment. I mounted them with Command strips. I did have to put a smear of E6000 glue on the spot where the strips went and let that dry first as the edges that go against the wall are a little porous and the strips wouldn’t stick. They have been up for several days and they look great!. Melissa. NJ. Mon Jun 21 2021

I had ordered two of these from another company (A-Z). They were packaged really bad and one was broken. I then ordered one from Wayfair and all though it was packaged so much better with extra packaging it was broken in half . I think that the company that makes them doesn't ship them to retailers very well. That being said my contractor was able to glue it cause it was cleanly broken and you can't tell. They are really beautiful just order early cause you may have to go through a few to get good ones . I'm very happy I got them they really add a lot to my mantle .. Christina Olivieri.
