Thais entertainmentbook shelf unit came in 4 huge heavy boxes. Thank goodness my husband had help from my visiting daughter otherwise we would have never gotten them in the house. Hubby opened the first box, hoping to find directions and hardware. We finally found them in box 3. If you like hardware, you will love putting this unit together. My husband discovers all boxes have pieces that go with each aspect of the unit so we would not have room in our living room for assembly. While moving box one down the stairs leading into the garage, my husband pulled his back out. The box landed safely. My daughter and I managed to get to the kitchen. This is a lovely fireplace, however I really wish the company that makes this would have done a better stone around the fireplace area. It really looks like cheap wallpaper. Also two of the sides were damaged but we are living with it. The delivery man was not very happy when we asked him to get the boxes close to our door, he just slid them to us. Love the top of this fireplace!! It’s hollow but looks beautiful. We love the look of this fireplace even the original color looked nice. The other reviews are true the panels chip very easy at the corners but it wasn’t a problem for us bc we wanted a black fireplace. It’s kind of silly we bought this to paint it BUT we loved the look just not the color we wanted plus it was on sale and other black fireplaces were over 1500 dollars so we saved 800 with a little labor.. This TV stand is beautiful once assembled. Our TV is 80 inches, so you can see how it looks under a larger TV. There are many pieces, so I recommend hiring someone to assemble it. A professional built ours in about 45 minutes, which saved a lot of time and frustration. The wood quality feels a bit cheap for the price and looks somewhat flimsy when first taken out of the box. I am really happy with the look of the fireplace mantel and insert. The title suggests its solid wood and Id agree that parts are. However, the top was chipped and was not solid wood underneath.
