This stainless steel chimney pipe and cap fit all of the traditional brick wood fire pizza ovens by Authentic Pizza Ovens. This will not fit other ovens or our portable collection. European dimensions of 5.5" wide. This is needed if your wood-fired pizza oven is underneath a patio, overhang, or inside. The chimney pipe also helps the draw and pipes the smoke up and out if the wind is not in your favor. This will prevent smoke in the face which is always preferred!!
